康士比有3家餐厅收到过4次罚款。彭南特山（Pennant Hills）的蓝象（Blue Elephant）餐厅被罚3,520澳元。
进行当地检查的康士比市议会表示，98%存在中高风险的餐馆每年都会检查至少一次。多年来，市议会下发的罚单数都保持一致。根据“点名批评”名单信息，康士比市议会下发的罚单与其他议会下发的罚单也一致。
