据欧盟网站消息，12月11日欧盟发布（EU）2015/2305法规，批准L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐一水合物（ L-cysteine hydrochloride monohydrate）作为猫狗饲料添加剂。
该添加剂属于“感官类添加剂”，功能上属于“调味化合物”。添加L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐一水合物应依据猫狗对于含硫氨基酸的需求以及其他含硫氨基酸的水平。 该法规自公布二十日起生效。
