据外媒报道，近日美国国会起草一份关于废除 “原产国标签法”（COOL）的法案，将于近期表决，美国与加拿大之间关于肉类原产地标签的战争有望结束。
据报道，世界贸易组织（WTO）裁决，加拿大和墨西哥可就美国的COOL征收10亿美元报复关税。加拿大和墨西哥准备对包括葡萄酒和冷冻橙汁在内的美国产品征收报复性关税。
加拿大内阁部长不打算在最后废除前撤销对美报复措施。
